Have you ever wondered what it's like being in center ring as the judge at a horse show? Many shows now offer Junior Judging as an opportunity for junior exhibitor (and adults in some cases) riders to get to try their hand at judging a few classes at a show. And if they are lucky, the judge will share their thoughts from some of the classes with the junior judges as well to help them better learn & understand what how and why they made some of the selections that they did. This badge is geared to someone who has junior judged at at least TWO horse shows. There are questions asking about your experience at those shows, and also questions that are related to learning about and then answering questions relating to the overall requirements that judges need to be aware of when they are in the ring judging a class. This is a great opportunity to share your experiences as a junior judge, but also a GREAT chance to learn more about some of what a judge must know before they can be hired to offer their judging experience in center ring!!
