Testing Enrollment

You now have two ways to enroll for the ASIYP online testing. You may print out and complete the enrollment form and send it in along with your payment OR you may complete your enrollment via our online form and pay via Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure method of payment over the internet using any major credit card. Both options are explained in greater detail in the sections below.

Enrolling via mail

Please click on this LINK to display the enrollment form. You may then print it and complete it per the instructions included on the form. You will need adobe acrobat reader installed on your machine in order to display and print the form. The Adobe Acrobat Reader software is free and can be found here.
