ASIYP ACHIEVEMENT BADGES

The ASIYP Achievement Badges may be ordered by individuals or by bonafide Youth Groups, 4-H or FFA Chapters or similar organizations which have an adult leader.

           INDIVIDUALS

  1. Individuals should fill in the required information for the Badge they want to earn and click the Add to Cart button.
  2. If you are ordering more than one Badge for the same person, you only need to fill in the info boxes for the first Badge.
  3. If you are ordering a specific Badge for more than one person, fill in the first person's info and click Add to Cart, then click Continue Shopping from the PayPal page, add the next person's info and click Add to Cart.
  4. After you complete your order, checkout and return to the Home page.
  5. Click on Achievement Badges in the left side menu, click on the Badge(s) you ordered and print the Requirement page(s) for that Badge.
  6. Complete the requirements and return them to the address shown. Your answers will be checked and returned to you with your Badge.
  7. If you prefer to order and pay through the mail, complete steps 5 & 6 and return your answer sheets and payment to the address shown.

           GROUPS/CLUBS

  1. Club leaders may order quantities of any of the Badges by clicking the Add to Cart button for the Badge(s) they wish to order. You can adjust the quantity on the payments page at checkout.
  2. For the enrollee's name, enter your club name.
  3. Leave the Birthdate blank, or if you need the Badges by a specific date, enter it here.
  4. Enter your name in the Parent's name box. You only need to complete lines 2 thru 4 for one Badge.
  5. When your order is complete, checkout.
  6. Return to the Home page and click on Achievement Badges in the left side menu, click on the Badge(s) you ordered and print the Requirement page(s) for that Badge
  7. Your Badges will be sent to you. You, as the club's leader, can determine when each club member has satisfactority completed the requirements and present them with their Badge.
  8. Completing Badges can earn points with ASHA and certain other organizations. If your club members want to qualify for points, you must send us the name, address and birthdate of the members and when they completed their requirements. See the Badge Completion Form link to your left.
